Spanish Delight

As a starter, a variety of Spanish tapas is served:

• Ham with melon
• Wooden platters with various dried sausages
• Bread with aioli
• Olives
• Caprese salad with mozzarella and basil
• Bruschetta with salmon, carpaccio and tomato

This is followed by the famous Spanish Paella. A large pan of Paella with a variety of delicacies such as chicken, prawns, mussels and vegetables.

For dessert we serve a Crema Catalana.
