The least strong of 3 beers of this abbey, is relatively neutral on the characterial level. It proposes a sober savour, mixing malt and the land-mark, without depth exaggerated in after-taste. In spite of a heavy inheritance of History, it refreshes intelligently, and will charm thirst in hot weather. Pours cloudy golden coloured with a nice lacing egg white head. Sweet and malty aroma with notes of oranges and yeast. Flavours of sweet malt, citrus and spicy yeast.
