Abbey of Leffe Radieuse is a top-fermented beer to be enjoyed. The ingredients are dark malt, corn, water, hops and spices (coriander, among others) and yeast which give it a bronze colour. The alcohol content is 8.2 %, the ideal serving temperature is 5° to 6 °C Leffe Radieuse has a rich and earthy taste bouquet with a creamy head. The taste is strong and fruity, sweet. A hint of roasting and the dryness of the hops are noticable. The after-taste is long and warm. It is a very complex beer perfect for beer fans!
