The Trinitas Tripel Jopen is created by brewmaster Chris Wisse. He chose to brew a strong Tripel of 9% alcohol. As a basis he took the historic Jopen Hoppenbier. From this beer it derives its grain bill of barley malt, wheat malt and oats. The wheat malt and oats provide the beer with a complex spicy character. The beer is complemented with coriander seeds and a yeast strain which creates a lot of fruity aromas.
